Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Check out the How To Use this Shop link at the top left of the cart pages.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days. International orders are generally received in under 28 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

Our online credit card transactions are handled by Realex Payments. Realex Payments, based in Dublin Ireland, provide services to large and small businesses alike, including some of the largest and most trusted firms in Ireland. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers but rather are evaluated immediately by the Realex system, and as such you can rest assured that your details are completely safe.

Guarantee

We endeavour to respond to complaints within five working days. We will attempt to resolve any complaints to your satisfaction with ten working days of the initial response. We welcome comments and suggestions for improvement of services. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
